Luna is a Yin-based collective, focussing on intuitive Design projects by embracing a state of flow, that occurs when you connect with your true self.
Yin means, allowing your true feelings, being vulnerable, and embracing this state of mind, as a strength during the creative process. It means to allow yourself to be free of compromises or judgment, to create in the moment, or to recreate the emotions we felt & experienced in the present or the past.

This helps to create projects that are meaningful by allowing for a deeper connection with the product.

The Kollektiv is working mainly in the areas of Pottery, Design & Art. But explores different areas of creativity to refresh their creative workflow.

Our Mission
Luna has taken on the mission to produce their products in the most sustainable manner possible.
The Products were created to follow the guidelines of DFD “ Design for Disassembly” in three major design goals.
Firstly, creating meaningful high-quality products that will have a prolonged lifetime.
Secondly, focusing on avoiding composite materials, by using simple mechanical connections over one-time fasteners or glue connections
Last, choosing materials that can be recycled or fully disassembled.
This allows the products to be more sustainable even after it`s product lifecycle has ended. The two-in-one system - allows for products like our candles, to be reused in a second lifecycle and therefore avoid the product's premature disposal.
Authentic products are our passion, we try and create timeless designs, simple shapes that do not follow a trend, products we personally love to use.
We create in a manner where seasonality is not in the focus, colors are not chosen by season and therefore the brand creates its unique sale cycle in order to stay true to its identity. It’s not about creating mass-marketed products but rather handmade ones that evoke an emotional connection, a product you feel an emotional bond with, a product that can be passed on to tell a story.
This story is a symbiosis of production and lifecycle, a story of Luna & most importantly you.
It's time to escape from everyday stress, to take time and refuel your body. We are not beings of endless energy or capacity. In order to work & create we need those important moments where we rest, even if it’s only for a few meaningful moments. It's time to slow down to give yourself a daily ritual or this product that reminds you that it's time to treat yourself. You've been working hard and therefore you deserve this special something.
For those moments we create our products, something meaningful, something that reminds you, guidance in the form of recipes to start a healthier lifestyle, products that calm you down or evoke a certain emotion by setting the right atmosphere.
